The returns process under this Returns P{olicy is provided in additoin to customers statutory rights and this Returns Policy does not deminish these statutory rights in any way, it simple provides our customers with additionasl returns options.

A customer has a statutory right to a refund in certain circumstances. E.g. you may have a right to return if a product is not of satisfactory quality or not as descrided. Or.  if you are a sonsumer you may have a right to simple change your mind and cancel your order in certain circumstances.
